Was hoping to take a couple of CBD gummies on my trip. (Maybe Delta8 gummies?) Bad idea? Who cares? Just wanted some guidance after fruitless internet searching-- thank you (I have a condition, but no medical card etc.)

As I said half-jokingly in another thread about this subject, have you seen Midnight Express?
I would recommend against this unless you really, really have a medical need for them and get an official looking doctors letter. Too many civil servants along the way in your travels will have too much discretion to decide that they have an issue with this, unless you slip them into a package of Jujy Fruits or something.

Delta 8 is available in Italy?
I imagine the cbd is widely available,but delta 8 is different and is legal here in NC even though we don't have legal marijuana here. The delta Thc 8 is extracted from hemp that is not classified as marijuana.

Are you sure they're legal in US airports? Fed rules apply, not state medical marijuana laws. TSA rules

My state has no medical marijuana or recreational use. Marijuana is illegal in my state. However Delta 8 Thc is sold all over the state because it's extracted from Hemp which is used also for the legal cbd supplements.

No one will care what is legal or illegal in your state. The only thing that matters is what is legal to bring into the country. When in doubt, leave it out!

Delta-8 is still psychoactive even tho it is made from legal hemp. It could well be illegal in Italy and you don’t want to get found with it. May not be allowed through TSA security either even if legal in your state. The feds have different rules.
