I know this has been asked and answered, but I can't find it. We are leaving at 7:20 a.m. on December 27. What would be the best way to get to the airport? We are staying near the Jewish Ghetto.

You can walk up to the Hospital, and take http://www.alilaguna.it/en/lines/line-timetables Alilaguna Blue ferry to the airport. Ticket 15 euros one way (14 online.) We had a 6:55 am flight a couple of weeks ago, so we took the first ferry that reached the airport at 5 am. You can take the next one that reaches at 6 am.
There is a 7 minute walk from the Ferry terminal to the airport terminal at the other end - but it is a level walk.

You don't name the hotel but hopefully, you are near the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop. As mentioned above, the Alilaguna boat to the airport stops there at 4:21 and 5:29. From there, it's a 30 minute ride to the airport. Let us know if you are closer to Grand Canal area than you are from the Fondamente Nove stop. There are different alternatives to discuss.
