I have a 6:35 AM flight out of Milan. Is there any hotel, etc. close enough so I can get there early, or should I just sleep in the airport LOL. Serious question, though. I don't know what to do. There is no other flight back to Miami. Thx,

There are several hotels clustered around the Malpensa Airport. They aren't anything spectacular, as I recall, but if you're needing to catch a flight that early then proximity would beat posh IMHO. Be careful about "shuttle service" though. That early you may have to have them call you a taxi... Kate

We have left early AM several times. There are lots of hotels close to the airport, almost all with free shuttles. To go Trip Advisor and check them out. These hotels are strictly functional -- decent restaurant (most of the time), quick breakfast and shuttle to the airport.

We liked Hotel Cardona which offers a free shuttle. It was renovated several years ago and is quiet, has nice large beds, and stylish bathrooms. The breakfast was good with a generous buffet to choose from.
