We are flying business class from LAX to Frankfurt on Condor with carry on luggage. We have a scheduled 2 hour layover in Frankfurt before boarding Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Rome in economy class. My question is do we clear immigration and customs in Frankfurt or Rome? Or immigration in Frankfurt and customs in Rome?
