Anyone flown Air One before? We're flying out of Rome into Paris with a stopover in Turin where we will have to change planes. As the Air One website is rather limited on information, I'm hoping (perhaps assuming) once we check our luggage in Rome that it's checked all the way through to Paris? i.e., we don't have to claim it in Turin and then re-check it again. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If you're on the same airline or a partner airline for the entire journey your bags should be checked to your final destination. Check at the airport.

Sam is "right-on-the-money". We flew Air One on our trip in Italy a few weeks ago. They are a subsidiary of Lufthansa, and we enjoyed our flight just like we do when we fly Lufthansa.
