Fly from Tunis to Palermo, Sicily

Hi, has anyone flown to or from Tunis, Tunisia to Sicily? Any advice or suggestions?

I haven't flown into or out of either of those airports, but skyscanner.com indicates only TunisAir flies that route, and probably just once a day on Monday, Thursday and Saturday--though there could be seasonal variation. That would make me nervous, because a flight cancellation could really screw up an itinerary.

I know nothing whatsoever about TunisAir.
