Looking for a Florentine steak cooking class in Florence or Tuscany, any suggestions?
I would be very surprised if there is one. That meat is very expensive. Cooking classes tend to focus on making things like pasta or gnocchi, which use cheaper ingredients but require lots of hands-on labor. It is all about the technique.
There is not much to teach about cooking a big steak.
We’ve taken many cooking classes in Tuscany (including in Florence), but none involved Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Perhaps a town’s quality butcher would be a place to start - for grilling advice, if not an actual class.
