Florence/Tuscany tour recommendation

I am returning to Florence in September, for one week. I am too intimidated to rent a car and drive in the area - but want to visit Sienna and San G. I know we can take the bus - but I get motion sickness easily so was hoping for an affordable van tour that visits those or similar towns. Also - I've done the "mainstream" tourist things in Florence - ideas for off the beaten track? For sure I'll be taking the #7 bus to Fiesole!

We took the "Best of Tuscany" tour through Artviva in Florence. We had 13 people on our tour and they use the smaller tour buses that seat about 20, not the large ones. They keep the groups to the smaller size, and that one is limited to 17 people. We went to Sienna, San Gimignano, and Monteriggione, plus had a winery tour and lunch included. The time we spent in the towns was a nice mix of "narrated tour" and "free time to explore". It was a full day but worth it for us to be able to see 3 Tuscan towns within one day without dealing with the trains or local buses.
