Has anyone use the services of Paolo Cesaroni from tuscanydriverguide.com? He is recommended by Rick Steve's in his guidebook but am looking for reviews from fellow travelers.

We did not use Paolo, but I can recommend Andrea Natali whom we did use this past May. We thought he was terrific. Here are a couple of links
