If you mean the "B-ticket" address, that is a website, not an e-mail. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But I tried it just now and it's fine. Here is the link:
http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi/
But no worries---if you are booking reservations at the Uffizi and the Accademia it is better to use the phone----then there is no service charge.

Or ask your hotel to make the reservation for you if that is easier. Most are used to doing it and they will probably want you to pay for the ticket in cash when you claim it.
