We are arriving by air into Florence around noon in early June. We need to travel to Vernazza where we will be staying for 4 days. I'm looking for options and suggestions that are relatively easy to execute including how to get from airport to train station, etc.

Flying to Pisa would have been a better idea.
But, you take the tram from the airport to Florence SMN and then a train to Vernazza.
