I plan to take 131R bus from Florence to Siena on Sunday, the 27th for a day trip. But I could not find it on the bus timetable. Does this bus run on Sunday? Thank you!

Yes, the 131R bus runs on Sunday although much less frequently than other days. Look for Festivo on the schedule, which is Sundays and holidays. It might also say Giornaliero, which means daily.
