FLORENCE TO ROME AIRPORT

"Booked on Euro Rail" makes no sense but I assume you are on the Italy train which is your only option. It will take ten to 15 minutes to get off the train and walk to the front of the station. There is a taxi line, just grab the first taxi. The fixed fare from the airport to Rome is 40E. Don't know if the fare is fixed going to the airport but check with the driver before you get in. From there you are looking at a 45 min drive depending on traffic. Maybe a little quicker if you are lucky. Which you never are when on a super tight schedule.

Have you consider coming to Rome the prior evening?

This is really an identical second question. You might consider deleting this question so that all the answer stsy together. It can get confusing with the same question running in different locations.
