Florence-Self Guided Bike Tours-Luggage Transfers?

I would like to take a self guided bike tour from Florence to towns along Chianti Road. Most companies are "all inclusive" meaning they book your hotel, transfer your bags, etc. As these are ratehr expensive I would like to do this on my own however I am having trouble finding luggage transfer services.

Anyone know of a service to transfer luggage from one hotel to another (for example Florence to Siena)?

Do you need to rent a bike as well, or do you just need the itinerary and luggage transfer services?

I can rent a bike and come up with an itinerary just having trouble finding luggage transfer service.

If you know of a great route and can suggest a bike rental company I'd be happy to look at those as well.
