We are planning a morning Segway tour in Florence at the end of this month, but can only find 1 company offering the tour: Italy by Segway. Their meet-up point is kind of inconvenient to where we're staying, so I was wondering if anyone else has used another company and been pleased with the service.

The meeting point listed at Via dei Cimatori 9R is right in the center of most Florence sightseeing. If that's not convenient to your accommodation, then your accommodation may be a problem. Florence is quite walkable, and perhaps the distances are shorter than you think. Google Maps can help estimate walking time or show you bus routes in Florence. (I have not tried a Segway tour.)

AFAIK, there's only one Segway Tour firm in Florence. If your hotel is somewhat distant from the meetup point, that's not a huge problem. Take a Taxi if necessary.
