Is the Pitti Palace open? Looking at the website, it is not clear to me it is.

Yes, I walked by there a couple of times last week, and there were plenty people going in and out.

Sections of it, such as the Imperial/Royal Apartments and Costume Museum, are listed as closed for renovation but the Palatine Gallery, Gallery of Modern Art and some other parts are open.
