Florence over Easter-touristy things closed?

We are in Florence over Easter weekend. Will the tourist cites/ daytrios etc be closed?

Not really. It depends. Check the individual websites of the venues you intend to visit. The Uffizi will be closed on Easter Monday, like every Monday.
