A few points that may help.....
(1.) When I made the trip to Bagnoregio and Civita a few years ago, the last Bus left at 18:20. This might have changed (I'm still trying to decipher the schedule). The schedules will be posted at the Tabacchi on Corso Cavour (where you can also buy your ticket).
(2.) If you're staying at Antico Forno in Civita di Bagnoregio, I think you'll enjoy the food.
(3.) The last Bus from Bagnoregio to Orvieto may leave at 17:25 (again, I'm still looking at the schedule). Be especially careful if you're travelling on a Sunday, as there may only be one or two Buses that day.
On the return journey, the most important time will be the last Shuttle from the base of the Civita bridge back to Bagnoregio. When I was there a few years ago, the Shuttle Driver took a Siesta in the afternoon, so be sure to plan for "unexpected" events like that.
