In June I will be in Florence for 3-4 days. What's the best beach with harbor shopping, activities and also is a pretty beach near Florence.?

Viareggio, the main resort town in Versilia and the closest to Florence.
Also easy to reach via train (just over 1 hr).
The best beaches, in my opinion, are south of town between Viareggio and Marina di Torre del Lago, along the pine forest.
There are also beaches in town.

We took Roberto's advice on our trip and went to Viareggio. We stayed overnight and had a fantastic time, Can certainly be a day trip, but we liked the option of staying 2 days at beach with late return to Florence the second day.

Just checked my notes. We stayed in Hotel San Francisco and went to the beach across the street at Elizabetta (or Isabetta).
Very happy with both. In fact our best meal was at that beach restaurant at Isabetta.
