Florence Museum Tickets - Did not get email confirmation

I went to the official website for B-Ticket (www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi) to purchase tickets for the Accademia and Uffizi to visit in September 2023. My credit card was charged, but I still have not gotten email confirmation that they were purchased. I did copy the page with my order recap and order number, but I do not know who to contact to get confirmation. There is not contact info on the website. Can anyone help???

The problem is that I did NOT get an email confirming, therefore there is not contact info to ask about it. Can you send me the contact info you had so I can use that? There is no email to refer to. I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there.

Here is a copy of the reply I have from B-Ticket last year. This sparse email with the order number and date time for reservation.
I just showed up with this printed out and that was all I needed.

Have heard anything back from them? I'm looking at buying the tickets now. Just want to see if it all worked out.

Yes I did after emailing them. If you have any issue, I emailed help@orbitalcultura and they got back to me by the next day.

This is interesting. I also bought B-tickets on that same day for the Accademia and Uffizi and realized yesterday that I did not receive an email. I just have the order recap paperwork. I saw your message in this forum and sent an email to orbitalculture but have not yet heard back from them.

Send them an email at help@orbitalcultura and they will get back to you. It took them a day to get to me. Good luck
