I had been trying for at least 45 minutes to get through the line to the reservation number provided by the RS Italy guide book 2008. I kept getting busy signals or it would just disconnect on me! I finally checked on this website and saw that the number provided in the book was actually wrong! It messed up on the last two digits. The right number is: 011 39 055 294 883 (not 833)!! When I tried that number I got through right away and spoke to a lovely customer service agent. I got all three bookings: Uffizi, Academia & Bargello at the times that I want for early May! Hope nobody else repeats my mistake!

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the update. Same here! By the way did you have to give them a credit card # when you booked? I called the Academia in Venice & they said I had to call back two weeks before my visit & give them a cc#, I thought that was odd since in the RS 2008 book it didn't mention that at all.
