Are the audio guides offered at Uffizi, Academia, Bargello, and Duomo Museum worth the price? I have RS Pocket Florence which has his tours (and the app to listen to them); how do they compare? Are the ones offered by the museums worth the extra €10 for the two of us each time we go?

The Accademia and the Duomo museum art is set in position and there are hardly any changes so the Rick Steves guide works well for them.
The Uffizi constantly keeps changing where a particular piece is kept and i found it difficult while using the Rick Steves guide to locate a particular piece of art. So for that a audio guide by the museum may be of great help..
Haven't been to the Bargello so i really can't comment on it.
