No first hand experience with the property but it’s in a good location. Right next to Piazza Madonna (Medici Chapel). Zero traffic, so it’s quiet. The price you cited seems great.

Our third visit to Florence is in September. We chose an apartment very close to this. We like the location, as having stayed in the center more recently. Florence is an easy walking town regardless. I also think you received a very good price as well. Enjoy your trip!
