Has anyone stayed at Hotel Calziouli or Hotel Cerratani in Florence ? If so any comments

Stayed at Hotel Maxim. Discount with cash and RS Book. Very Central, and I didn't decide to stay there just cause of the RS book. I looked everywhere thinking I could best Steve, yet settled on Maxim. Maxim is just a great place to stay.
Hotel Calziouli and Hotel Cerratani were in the top five of the list. But for some reason, not remembered, Maxim made more sense.
