I’m looking for recommendations for a cozy and charming hotel in Florence for 3 nights to spend Christmas with my 22 yr old daughter. Budget around $100-150 p/ night. Thank you!

We stayed in Hotel Villanni, 1 blk from Duomo, E125/night/2. Good breakfast, elevator, nice terrace.
Consider Restaurant ZEB for a splurge.

You will recognize this hotel's facade if you have been watching Rick Steve's Art of Europe series. He used it as the backdrop for a number of shots, and has listed staying there on several Florence related shows. We have stayed there several times and loved it. It is close to your price point on Booking.com but book directly with the hotel.
