I'm in the process of booking a food tour in Florence for myself, son and daughter-in-law. Thinking of an early evening one. Will be there mid-June. Does anyone have any favorites they would recommend? Looking to just sample some of Florence's food and wine.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
I’ve taken several Eating Europe food tours and have enjoyed all. I’m signing up for two or three more this year.
Here’s the list for Florence https://www.eatingeurope.com/florence/
Thank you! I was actually leaning towards two of those offered by that company. I'm new to the whole food tour thing- never done one, but my kids sure like them. I'm looking forward to this! Thanks again for the feedback.
Any things to consider in booking a sunset food and wine tour in Florence? Any suggestions on time of day, for example? There are openings starting at 4 all the way through 7. The tour is 3.5 hours long and begins in Piazza Santo (Otrarno). We are staying close to the Duomo. I'm not familiar with Florence. Is it fairly easy and safe to walk from Duomo area to Piazza Santo or get an uber? Thanks for any suggestions!
