Florence Cooking Classes or other activities on a Monday (when museums are closed)

Hi all -

We will be in Florence Sunday, leaving Wednesday - I understand the museums are closed on Mondays, so was hoping to book a cooking class or other activity for Monday (or if you have other suggestions of things to do while we are in Florence).

Please let me know if you have recommendations for a family of 5 - including 3 girls aged 9-15.
