Tell me more! We are looking for a cooking class when we visit next summer. How many were in your class? Easy to find location? Attentive help?

I know they offer a bunch of classes including pasta making. The place is spotless. It was easy to find but if you walk from duomo it takes about half an hour so not so central. There were supposed to be two or three other people in my class but they didn't show up so I had private lesson with Marco who spoke excellent English. I believe they do group events and parties and wine tasting. The ingredients they used were of high quality and fresh. Delicious results and they packed up my leftovers so I had dinner in my room that night!

I chose a small group class with Manuela at Cook Eat Italian - http://www.cookeatitalian.com/
It was perfect for me because she teaches traditional Italian home recipes, not the more fancy restaurant variety. Absolutely the best day of my Italy trip. Very informative, hands-on and fun.

Did you cook the pizza in a wood oven?
Was the paste he thought you thin and crispy or thick?
Nice that you learn how to cook the Italian way. In this way you bring home some of the Italian art and heart.

No we didn't use special wood oven, dough was pretty thin, but was more geared to pizzas I could make at home.
