We would like to take the Ferry from La Spezia to CT (weather dependent) .. we will be arriving on the 10:44 a.m. train and there is a ferry leaving 11:15 a.m. .. how quickly can I get from train station to ferry terminal - is this doable or too tight a timeframe ? Alternatively, we can just train to Riomaggiore then take the ferry to Monterosso and skip ride from La Spezia to Riomaggiore? Thanks for your input.

I'd suggest using the train from La Spezia to Riomaggiore as the ride is only about nine minutes. If you're doing this on a day trip from Florence, that's a much more efficient use of your time.
In terms of using the Ferry, are you more interested in exploring the towns or seeing them from the water? When is this trip taking place?

We will be spending 2 nights in CT so wanted to see the towns from the water then train to our hotel in Corniglia but you are correct we may just want to grab the ferry from Riomanggiore then onto the ferry to Monterrosso .. thanks for the input !
