celebrating 20th anniversary in Florence this month and want to have rings blessed..any suggestions?

Nobody has come up with an answer, so I'll take a stab at it. If I wanted to get my rings blessed here, I would go to mass, and after mass I would approach the priest and say, "Excuse me, Father. Would you please bless our rings?" You could go to mass (the duomo would be cool) and after mass approach the priest and say, "Scusilo, Padre. Potreste benedire i nostri anelli?"
