Florence B&B or small hotel

I am looking for a place to stay in Florence for three nights this September. If possible, I rather not pay a fortune ($100-120 per night max). Must have air-conditioning as I've read it is still hot in Florence during September, WiFi in the room and near the transport links/station.

Try the Relais Tiffany. It's close to the station, with free WiFi -why do some hotels still charge for it?!- and a great breakfast. We paid 85 euros for the two of us, so it is within your budget. http://relais-tiffany-firenze.com The owner Julia is quite a character- she made us fresh croissants every morning!

Try VRBO.com, or Tuscan Feeling for apartments. We are renting one for far less than hotel rates.

You will no doubt by now have found a place in Florence, however others still looking might like to check out La Fiesolana, a smallish apartment we used in the center of Florence. It was just right for our simple needs and worked out cheaper than a B&B or hotel. http://lafiesolana.com

Thank you Faith. I booked with the Relais Tiffany for three nights and it was just perfect. The garden was much appreciated as I couldn't find many green spaces in Florence to relax. Great recommendation- Thank you.
