My mom and I will be doing short stays in Florence (1 night) and Venice (2 nights) on our way up to Austria/Germany. I want to make the most of our time but actually relax and get to know the cities while I'm there (so next time I go to Europe I know how long I'd like to spend there) :)
I mainly would like you to tell me if my itinerary order makes sense and if it is too busy. Or if there is something you'd like to recommend, I always love that. (I do not want to be too museum heavy so I left out the Uffizi on purpose).
