Our tickets for the Accdemia has a row and seat number. Does anyone know what this means?

Would think it's just a way of accounting for tics. There's no seating.

Many sights use this type of ticket, I think the Galleria Borghese in Rome does as well. It seems to be a way to distribute limited availability and time-specific reservations.
