My wife and I will be in Florence in early October. We got the combo ticket for Uffizi (along with Pitti and Bobboli) but the Accademia Gallery was sold out.
If we decide to just try to show up without advanced tickets on a Sunday morning (Oct. 8), any thoughts on what time to arrive and how long we can expect to wait? We're fine with an early arrival but don't want to waste an entire half-day ...
