I am flying to Italy for the first time and I will be going solo. I have a flight transfer in Rome to Florence, and I am nervous.
Is there anything I should be aware of? Would love some tips or advise to ease my brain.

I'm assuming the flight is into Fiumicino...? If so, don't worry. The Italian airports are very simple to figure out, enough people in Rome will speak English if you get lost or stuck, and the bags will probably automatically transfer and meet you at your destination (Florence as I understand). Nothing to worry about! Don't be frightened... It can be a daunting task but don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it! I hope this helps! Good luck and enjoy Italy!

You will go through immigrations and customs in Rome but it is mostly follow the signs and wait in some lines but it should not take long. Signs are in English.
