We end our RS best of Tuscany tour May 30, 2024 in Lucca and are looking for good flight connections home. It seems Pisa has the most options but most have 2 or more stops and short layover times. There is a Air Dolomite flight to Frankfurt with 3 hour layover and Condor direct flight home to Phoenix. We do not know these airlines and would appreciate any comments or advice on using them.
Thanks!
No personal experience with either, but based on recent research, would choose Premium econ on Condor.
Their standard coach seats have a 30 inch pitch, which s 2-3 inches less than most airlines coach spacing.
EDIT-
All in all, I'd say that upgrading to Condor's premium economy cabin should be a no-brainer for anyone looking for a few more perks and additional comfort without breaking the bank.

Air Dolomite is a subsidiary of Lufthansa and, if you close your eyes, you can't tell the difference. Condor is a longer story but it seems to be the real deal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condor_(airline)
I have flown Air Dolomiti and it was a positive experience.
I flew condor business class and it was great. Friends have flown condor premium Econ and it was fine. Don’t fly basic econ, it’s pretty awful for a long haul flight. Also, pay for better food in premium.
