Heading to Prague from Florence, we originally thought we'd take the train. It became too complicated, so we're planning on flying. Need suggestions on airlines, etc. for best way to arrange this. Have seen several small airlines. Need a decent one!

Czech Airlines has a direct flight about twice per week from Pisa to Prague, so that would be a good choice. Or you could take a train to Milan for more options (several airports). Found via www.skyscanner.com.

The Florence Airport is not very large. Many fly in and out of Pisa an hour by train to the west. You could either catch Czech Airline to Prague from there or from Bologna Airport an hour north of Florence.
