Flight delay - connecting flight - issues

We have a flight today from Myrtle Beach to EWR and then EWR to ORY (Paris) and then to Milan . Our Spirit airlines flight from MYR to EWR got delayed by 2 hours because of rain and in EWR we are unsure if we will have enough time to make our connecting flight on OpenSkies airline that departs at 10:40 PM. With the current delay our plane should land in EWR at 9:16. However we will still need to get our boarding pass (they do not have online check in) so I was wondering if anyone knew what I should do or if they think I’ll make my connecting flight on time ? The entire trip was booked through Kiwi.com . This is my sisters and I first time

Contact Kiwi and Open Skies right away and ask them. Don’t spend time with us.
If you miss the check in window, which closes automatically by computer an hour before take off, you could be considered a no show, in which case the rest of your itinerary will be canceled. Call those two now.

FYI, if you have a smart phone, you can install Skype on it and then add $10 US credit, then calls to European phone numbers are only a few cents a minute (and you can make them even on WiFi). You might find using Skype to make calls useful in Europe while you are there as well, so that $10 may not go to waste.

Good luck!!!

Good luck to you and do make sure that you come back and let us know how it all turns out. You are in a difficult position since you are traveling on two different tickets and two different airlines with a very short margin for error or delay. I hope all turns out well.

You seem to be flying on LEVEL France airlines. OpenSkies is an operating carrier for LEVEL France. I am not sure how this impacts everything. They do have online check in available at their website

https://www.flylevel.com/Flight/Index#checkin This may help you with the boarding pass issue.

LEVEL flights to and from Paris Orly

Online check-in is available 21 days before your flight and closes two hours before the scheduled departure, except for flights to/from Martinique and Guadeloupe where online check-in closes 7h before departure. Check-in at the airport opens four hours before the flight at most airports and closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. For flights to/ from the United States, check-in opens 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

I wish the OP well and hope she makes it.
I hate to be the "I told you so" person but this is why I always book directly with the airlines on ONE ticket and avoid all those connections.

I especially avoid the connection in US and at this time of year your chances of being delayed on the east coast are even higher- thunderstorms, lightning, rain etc.
We would rather drive 3 hours to the departing airport in US then take chance of that first leg being delayed, once that happens it's a domino effect.

I've never even heard of kiwi.com

Open Skies closed its doors in 2018 and looks like it was absorbed by LEVEL airlines. I hope this all works out for you!
