I have read that there is a Fast Track voucher that one can purchase for around 5 Euros at the airport when departing Rome. Has anyone purchased this at the Information Desk in Terminal 3 in the departure area? Can it be used when flying Delta from Rome to the US?
Fast Track - FIUMICINO
The dedicated fast track channel allows the passenger easier and faster access to the security checkpoints. The cost is 7 Euro per passenger (free for passengers between 0 and 12 years of age when accompanied by a paying adult).

Helps at security, but seems not to address the passport exit processing line.
We bought it online for our trip in May 2023.
There was no security line so it was unnecessary.
We were at FCO at 6:30 for ITA departures to Boston and Miami in November. Short line at the ITA desk, and virtually no line at security, which appeared to be a separate area for flights back to the States. This was at Terminal 1.
What was time consuming was the LONG walk to the E gates.
