Fiumicino Aeroporto to Roma Tuscolana

Our flight from Santorini will be arriving at 11:50 AM. Should I buy the train ticket from Fiumicino Aeroporto to Roma Tuscolana in advance or should I just buy it after we land? I'm hesitant to purchase it in advance because I'm not sure how long it will take us to get to the train station? Also, what if our flight is delayed. Would we have problems getting a seat if we bought it after you arrived? Any idea, how much more it would be if we don't buy it in advance? If we purchase it in advance, will we be able to pick up the ticket at the station in case we don't have access to a printer?

By the way, how do we get to the train station at the airport. Thanks for your help.

After you land. Also it's a regional train and there are no discounts. Works like the subway or a city bus. Validate the ticket before boarding and get on. No seat reservations. First come first served.

There are lots of signs posted for the train stop, just buy your ticket when you get there. Make sure you ask for Roma Tuscolana, it will be the slow train.

Slow in that it makes lots of stops, 40 minutes to Roma Tuscolana. On the good side, it is cheaper than the Leonardo Express which goes non-stop to Termini.
