first time in Italy, not sure about tipping

My family and I will be arriving in Rome on Thursday morning for our first ever trip to Italy. Our itinerary is set, 5 nights in Rome, 5 nights in Sorrento and 5 nights in Venice. All of our accommodations, train travel and private car transfers from the airports and train stations to and from the hotels are prepaid. My question is what is an appropriate tip for the driver of our private car transfers? My wife and I have traveled to Europe before and understand tipping in resteraunts and cafes but we've never had private prepaid car transfers before. This trip is a life long dream for me. Along with my wife our children ages 13 and 10 are coming with us. My grandmother is from Italy and moved to the United States after marrying my grandfather during WWII. She left behind 3 brothers who all had families and we are getting the opportunity to meet all of my dad's 1st cousins for the first time. This will definitely be a life changing experience for all of us. It looks like it going to be pretty hot in Rome this week however it's 98 degrees in Iowa today so not much difference.

What a wonderful trip you have planned! I would think tips of around 10% would be adequate. For escorted tours that's what I add to the bill.

Ours transfer vouchers do not have prices listed on them. I was thinking the following might be appropriate
Rome Airport to hotel- 5 Euros
Rome hotel to Termini train station- 2-3 euros
Naples train station to Sorrento hotel- 10 euros
Sorrento hotel to Naples train station- 10 euros
Venice train station to hotel- 5 euros
Venice hotel to Venice airport- 5 euros

I'm worried I might be a little cheap on the Naples to Sorrento transport however I remember people acting a little put off if I over tipped in Ireland and England
