Has anyone tried this inflatable seat pillow for the long plane trip?

The overall thickness of this pillow is gonna decrease the amount of space you have from the seats in front of you. If your a petite person, this may not be a big deal. But for a tall person like myself, it looks like a torture apparatus:) It also looks like a pain in the butt to inflate and and handle in a crammed airplane cabin.
