With the Firenze pass no longer available in Florence for the Uffizi and others, does the PassPartout the only other alternative for the main museums?
Pretty much
The Duomo complex has its own combo passes
Accademia is a separate museum
You must still reserve timed entries to Uffizi and Duomo climb and Accademia
There appears to be this one (linked below) but I personally wouldn't buy it as it doesn't cover enough of some attractions, and covers other stuff I'm not interested in, such as a shuttle ride to a designer outlet, Ferragamo Museum, Museo di Medici (they never lived in the building it's housed in, and it's a mediocre collection), etc. It does not cover any other public transit, not that you need it. The Church of Santo Spirito is free, and it's only 2 euros to see the complex so not a big value with the pass, which also does not cover the duomo complex (museum, baptistry, dome, etc).

Be aware that with this pass you must choose a preferred date for the Uffizi and the Accademia, and you will be assigned an entry time slot for each. If you purchase a PassePartout, you can choose not just the date you wish to visit the Uffizi but whichever time slot you prefer amongst those still open. Buy an individual ticket for the Accademia and it works the same: choose your referred day AND time slot versus having a slot assigned. In short, you have more flexibility. Same if you wish only to see the Uffizi and not the other attractions included in the PassePartout.
PassePartout covers the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, National Archeology Museum and Opificio delle Pietre Dure. Three different passes are available for the duomo complex, depending on how much of it you want to see. Personally? The best solution for you is to prioritize the things you want to see against the time that you have to do it in. Then weigh cost of the tourist pass linked - there is no single pass that covers all the bases - against that price PLUS individual tickets + additional passes for all the other things you want to see.
Thank you for the replies, I am not clear where to purchase the PassPartout once in Florence.
