We'll be in Florence for a week in May for the first time in about 20 years. Skip The Line tickets for the Ufizzi and Academia are a must. I'm wondering if you use the Firenze Card, can you get a Skip The Line ticket or is it just good for general admission?

You have to make advance, timed-entry reservations for the Uffizi and Accademia if using the Firenze Card for priority entrance. See the FAQs on the website, specifically "How can I book the priority access to Gallerie degli Uffizi and Galleria dell'Accademia with Firenzecard?" under "Use".

Kathy, thanks for the links. We'll be in Florence this summer, and when I went to the websites for the Uffizi and Academia, I just got more confused.
Thank you. At least now I know what to do. I still need to figure out dates, though. I'm assuming when I call the number listed on the Firenze Card site that they'll have all the information about available time slots, right?

Jane, I've not used this pass myself but yes, when you call they will be able to assist you in making a reservation for an available time slot.
