When I was in Florence a year ago, you only needed a reservation for the Cupola and received priority access everywhere else. The link you provided does appear that in order to take advantage of priority access for the Uffizi and Accademia reservations are now required. I would pick some times you would like to visit those two museums and ask about the priority access reservation when you purchase the Firenze card.

Thank you so much! Just called and reserving times for both museums took about 5 minutes. You just write down the booking number and otherwise purchase the Firenze card as you normally would.

Thank you again!

I called today during the hours listed according to the FirenzeCard website information and was not able to reserve a time. The automated menu did not give me an option to reserve such a time slot. It seems to me that the FirenzeCard is not worth the cost now. Especially if you can't make this reservation for these two museums.
