Firenze card still a good deal if have to make Uffizi and Accademia reservations?

I am planning our trip to Florence for next April, and discovered that, as of this spring, the Firenze card no longer allows you to jump the line without a reservation at the Uffizi or Accademia and that you must reserve an entrance time at these venues. Are the lines long enough at the other attractions covered that the card still makes time-saving sense? I question whether we would have the stamina to see 85 euros worth of museums and churches in 3 days, but if it saves hours of waiting in line, I might still do it.

Minta, this is ALWAYS the catch with any sort of pass. Lots of them promise entry to a laundry list of attractions but just how MANY of them you can realistically do during the life of the pass depends on how fast one wants to move. The value also depends on how many of the offered attractions one is even interested in. That said, we do see folks who've visited some attractions they otherwise wouldn't have, if not having a pass, and been pleased that they did.

I will wager that no, the lines aren't long enough at most other attractions for the pass to be of big line-skipping benefit. Do read up on using the pass at the duomo complex? Picking this up from the card's page on the Baptistry:

For the visit to Baptistery, Dome, Bell Tower, Cryipt and Opera del
Duomo Museum you have to go to the ticket office in Piazza San
Giovanni 7, you have to show your Firenzecard and to collect the free
ticket to put in the automatic turnstiles.

With the card, you also can't make reservations for climbing the dome until you are in Florence; another complication.

You can buy your timed-entry ticket to the Uffizi + anytime entry tickets to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens here. This "PassePartout 3 Days" ticket is good for three consecutive days, one visit to each of the 3.

Or if not interested in the Pitti/Boboli, just choose just the Uffizi ticket option.

Duomo complex advance tickets; good for 72 consecutive hours after first use:

Directions for making advance reservations with this ticket purchase for dome climbs are on the website.
