I've purchased my Firenze Card and printed my receipt and voucher with bar code. Do I still need to pick up a physical card when I arrive in Florence, or is this voucher and proper ID enough to start the 72 hour clock and my tour of Florence?

You will need to pick up your Firenze card at any of these locations listed here:

You will need to present your voucher & a form of ID when you pick up the card.
