Firenze card is available now. Wife and daughter have used it the last 3 days. It does NOT cover Duomo or Duomo Museum any more, however. The 2019 RS Italy guide needs updating in this regard.

I'm sure they'll update the next guidebook if the card remains available. It's only recently become active again, and the list of attractions it covers could change before the next printing or immediately after. Personally? I'd say that the best resource for the most current info is the website for the Firenzecard itself, as changes can happen on a dime. I'd never rely on a guidebook for pass info, ticketing prices, hours, closures, etc.
