The actual website has a link that shows entrance fees for the Uffizi it has ticket 6.5 E; ticket + exhibition 11 E and Booking 4 E. If there is no special exhibition that you would want to see is the entrance fee 10.5 E? Is Booking the same as the fee for the advanced reservation? At the Academia is The David considered an exhibition?

If there is a special exhibition, it is almost always mandatory to pay for it (whether you wanted to visit it or not). The easiest way to find out the ticket price for the day you visit is to go to the ticket buying link from the official website. Enter your date and it will tell you the price. You don't have to enter payment information and can just quit. Depending on what time of year (and day) you want to go, you may not need an advanced booking/timed entrance. My parents walked in to the Uffizi first thing in the morning in February. There also weren't any lines late in the afternoon.
