Final decision between 2 hotels in Florence

Hi, Will be in Florence for 3 nights in August with my family of 5. Have narrowed my choices of hotel to either the Hotel Centrale Dimora Storica or Hotel Perseo. Both have great reviews in Tripadvisor, anyone have anything that would seperate these 2 hotels? Thanks!

As long as they both have good air conditioning, you will probably be happy in either.
